An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive PA within a multinational Oil and Gas company based in Aberdeen
Role description:
Working alongside and providing full PA and Administration to the Vice President based in Aberdeen
The main tasks of the Executive PA role will include;
• Management of e-mail correspondence and diary
• Secretarial and administration support
• Planning/organising events
• Create, collate and produce presentations
• Typing letters, agendas, reports
• Processing expenses
• Travel and accommodation bookings
• Collation and production of weekly itineraries
• Production of meeting minutes
• Circulation of management meeting minutes
• Co-coordinating meeting and functions
• Creation and distribution of memos
• Social arrangements/bookings
Who we're looking for:
• Have previous and full PA experience
• Be systems Literate
• Be a self-starter
• Preferably have an Oil and Gas background
