An Aberdeen based non-bureau organisation dealing with in-house payroll are looking for a Payroll Administrator
Role description:
As a payroll administrator in Aberdeen you will be involved in;
• Processing and reconciling in-house weekly / monthly Payrolls of all UK divisions
• Dealing effectively with queries
• Ensuring P45's and tax codes are processed correctly
• Keeping SSP/SMP records up to date
• Manual calculations of Tax, NIC etc.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring accuracy at all times
• Ensure good communication with all employees
• Prioritising workload
• Submitting bacs payments to correct timescales
Who we're looking for:
• Experienced in payroll administration
• Systems literate
• A self-starter
• Efficient in prioritising workload
