A very demading yet interesting post due to commence 8th of October, the ideal candidate would be able to slot into the requirements of the role using previous experience in the demands of this post.
There is the possibility of a hand-over of the projects overseas (not a requirement for the post but the client would like to establish the persons interest in performing this short term move)
general administration for project engineering team
scanning of project documentation
responsible for gathering all project documentation and development of archiving structure
booking flights, hotels, taxis
generating project specific templates
writing of meeting minutes
general project filling and correspondence tracking
maintain interface with project team with regard to client correspondence/ meetings and time keeping
liaisoning with project team, Operations Support Administrators and Business Development Support Manager
