Source People are currently seeking a highly competent individual who is a strong leader to join a dynamic facility to successfully manage the international programmes function.
The person will be required to provide effective management to the international office team including the marketing staff and deliver a global recruitment strategy to improve the facilities international position.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Solid management experience at a strategic level.
International exposure - understanding of different markets and cultures.
