Property Manager required to ensure my clients property portfolio and commercial income streams, are managed to maximise and grow income, whilst remaining compliant within the legislative and statutory framework. You will be responsible for personal and team compliance with company Health and Safety, Security and Environment/Sustainable Development Policies.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Property Management and an ability to deliver challenging and demanding targets as well as being able to identify new tactical opportunities to grow revenues.
