One of the UK's leading providers of ICT services and solutions is currently seeking to recruit 3 Desktop Support Analysts on a contract basis. Candidates will be required to provide 2nd line support for applications such as Office 2000 and 2003, Outlook, Windows XP and some bespoke software, troubleshoot hardware and software issues with desktops and laptops, remote Windows XP support as well as hardware moves and software installations/upgrades. Knowledge of a call logging system would be an advantage.
Candidates should possess a clean driving licence and their own transport as travel to other locations in the Aberdeen area may be required.
