Experienced Demolition Foreman required for a number of new sites in Aberdeenshire . The client is leading demolition contractor, who pride themselves on having a multi-skilled workforce. If you are a proactive individual who places a high importance in the quality of work that you complete and an importance of working in a reputable team then this role will provide you with those opportunities.
The successful individual will have good communication skills and the ability to motivate others. They should have the Edexel (BTEC) introductory diploma in construction, NVQ 2 & 3 In Demolition certificate of competence of Demolition CCDO (CSCS) certificate, asbestos removal (Licensable work), manual handling and the one-day safe use of Oxygen/fuel cutting course is desirable but not essential.
