The Role:Customer Service Officers - Full Time
Location: Peterhead
Salary: Package worth up to £16875, plus bonus and excellent career opportunities.
Hours: Normal office hours
THE COMPANY
FPSG are urgently looking for Customer Service Officers based in Peterhead. Our client is a global banking organisation who has an outstanding reputation for customer service.
They are looking for diverse talent from all walks of life that can bring a broad range of skills to their Retail Banking Network. You will be carrying out all daily cash and banking transaction, dealing with all enquiries, identifying and customer's needs and delivering excellent customer service. You will be able to confidently converse with customers, build relationships and meeting their needs within in a face to face environment.
EXPERIENCE
We are looking for people who have experience within a face to face environment and proven experience of working towards sales targets, along with the determination to provide an excellent customer service experience.
