Our client, a very successful company in the oil an gas industry, is looking for an Electronics Design Engineer to design, develop, document and test electronic systems and assemblies; with the goal of providing new or variant products and ancillary equipment for sale.
The successful candidate will be expected to design, develop, document and test electronic systems and assemblies, control release and revision of relevant drawings and documentation, provide suitable support documentation for electronic designs and test and evaluate prototype electronic systems or assemblies. Candidate will be responsible for providing frequent updates on Project progress, pursuing project to a conclusion within assigned timescale, providing general electronics product support, carrying out QC tasks, maintaining the primary drawing files and database and undertaking appropriate engineering calculations to ensure designs are fit for purpose.
All duties shall be performed in a safe manner in accordance with companies HSE policy and procedures and all staff are expected to follow company QA procedures in order to comply with ISO9001 standards. All staff are expected to display a mature and positive attitude at all times and all staff are expected to carry out any other tasks as may reasonably be requested by supervisor/ management.
