My client a leading service provider requires an out of hours service controller to be based in their Aberdeen office.
The main responsibilities of this role will be to look after the work flow coming into their office during their working hours. This will involve the taking of calls from customers regarding problems and quires these will then have to be logged on to the system and a engineer informed of these quires.
The ideal candidate will come from a technical working environment where they have established knowledge of technical working. A strong knowledge of administration matched with strong communication skills are also essential for this position.
