To act as a Project Administrator and train as a Project Accountantthe main tasks of this role are:
• Extraction and collation of financial data from the accounting system
• Preparation of sales invoices
• Debtor Management
• Assist with the preparation of the monthly Project Managers Report
• Assist with the preparation of the monthly weekly Profit/Loss and weekly cash flow report
• SAP Maintenance
The ideal candidate shall:
• Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and SAP experience is an advantage
• Have good organisational skills and working practices
• Be committed to undertaking professional qualifications
• Past experience in an office environment an advantage
• Able to work to deadlines and have the ability to work on own initiative as well as part
