Description
Our client is a key operator business in the Oil and Gas sector working only mainly oil extraction projects in the North Sea area. They would like to recruit a Petroleum Engineer to work in their team in Aberdeen helping deliver production improvement and optimisation for operational fields under their control.
Skills
You will have extensive experience in the optimisation of fields. Duties will include:
- Production enhancement studies from reservoir, through well and surface facilities to the export line.
- Studies in wide range of issues including heavy oil, artificial lift and gas condensate cases.
- Potential involvement in productivity and production optimisation training courses
- Setting up the production monitoring systems
- Development of well and network models using(PROSPER/GAP/MBAL).
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting for wells with degraded performance.
- Working asan interface between offshore and onshore support team exposed to all drilling, reservoir, process, metering and allocation related issues. Benefits
