This reputable national contractor are in the process of opening an Aberdeen office to cover a major project with guaranteed work in the area for five years with the view to expand the workload within that time. This role will suit acandidate that can work autonomously, either from a construction or commercial background, has experience working on commercial builds and has a desire to be part of the business development process.
As an Area Manager you will manage multiple sites, looking after the site team along with being involved in theexpansion of the business in theNorth East of Scotland. You will be part of the Project Services team of this multi-disciplinary award winning contractorthathas a strong reputation throughout the U.K.
In the role, you will be given full autonomy to run the Aberdeen business. Due to the nature of this role my client are keen on meeting career focused candidates who have on site experience and strong client facing skills. You will have a similar level ofmanagement experience within a construction field.
Basic salary will reflect experience and package will be discussed at interview stage.
