An exciting opportunity for a Regional Building Managerhas arisen towork for a local authority in Aberdeen. You will be responsible for managing maintenance and budgets - this includes contracting work out as required. Responsible for planned and reactive maintenance required onsite.You willalso responsible for organising and signing permits - so previous experience would be advantageous. A good knowledge of health & safety is required.Candidateswith have experiencein Electrical Engineering orbuilding servicesand have demonstrable experience relevant to the seniority of the position.You maybe required to travel to Inverness & Thurso - a pull car will be available so a clean driving license is required.
This will be on a rolling contract basis with view to going permanent if suitable for candidate
