The post holder will be required to provide and implement a comprehensive and effective maintenance service to the public in respect of all aspects of housing repairs and maintenance.
Duties include assisting and issuing contractors appraisal reports relating to meetings with both internal and external contractors. You will undertake condition, utilisation and dilapidation surveys on property and in the preparation of reports as required. You have to set, maintain, supervise and inspect standards and quality in void and occupied properties. You are to issue directives and maintain accurate records as required to ensure the satisfactory execution of gas installation work.
