Your role will be to effectively service my clients accounts within the Aberdeen areas, selling in a range of tooling and equipment hire. These accounts will range from large house builders, construction companies and smaller builders to local authorities, transport companies and energy providers.
You will also be proactive in securing new business within your marketplace. Approximately 30% of your portfolio will be made up of new business opportunities and prospects.
In addition strong account management within this competitive sector will also be a main focus.
This role will involve a high level of commerciality, discounting when required to secure new contracts and win business from your competitors.
Who we're looking for
You will have a solid and proven track record of sales success within a B2B selling environment.
Those with experience of selling tool and equipment hire will be welcomed for interview. This is not an essential though.
What is essential is being commercially astute, new business focussed, account management focussed and willing to negotiate at high levels to secure business and retain existing accounts.
A clean and full driving licence.
