My client a leading international energy company requires a deputy facilities manager for their Aberdeen office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overall day-to-day management of Total FM services, including but not limited to: Cleaning & Hygiene, Catering, Office Security, Reception, Building Maintenance, Waste Management, Energy Management, Office Stationery, Mail Room/Courier etc.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a customer and client focused facilities management environment. A strong safety focus and knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures would be advantageous for this role. It would also be advantageous that the candidate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation.
