- Full Description:
A Mechanical Design Engineer required for the Property Department of a local authority. Required to carry out a full range of technical and professional duties associated with mechanical building services. 75% of the role will be design and Project Management. Typical Duties will include obtaining statute approvals with respect of the completion and occupancy of the project. Also required to provide drawings and operating manuals to the client, site inspections/site surveys of existing facilities or services.
Ideal candidates will have 24 months Mechanical Building Services Design Experience however others will also be considered. Will be ONC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, have Good Interpersonal Skills ability to travel within Aberdeenshire
