Our client, a prestigious company in the oil and gas industry, is looking to recruit a Design Draughtsperson to join their successful team.
The successful candidate will become responsible for supporting staff member s in the administration of company policies, designing and preparing engineering drawings, assisting in all purchasing completed by the engineering department, inputting and maintaining data on company databases and updating all the technical records including drawings.
Candidate will also become accountable for representing the company, supporting sales and operations departments, and performing any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by line management.
The is essential that the candidate will have a HNC in a Mechanical Discipline and experience in all aspects of component design, assemblies and fabrication. It is also essential candidate has knowledge of hydraulic systems. Candidate should also be proficient in AutoCAD, preferably Solidworks design background. Candidate must be a highly motivated and goal oriented individual.
