Job Title -Project Engineers / Managers (Oil & Gas / Petrochem)

Job profile - Secondment to the Middle East Ex-Pat Status.
Ensure that assigned Construction Engineering projects for the oil & gas, refining and petrochemical industries are resourced and delivered to satisfactory quality, time and budget within the approved assigned Project Management Plan to Company and Client satisfaction

Responsibilities
Provide leadership, guidance and direction concerning all facets of assigned project delivery.
HSSE leadership of the assigned Project.
Assigned Project delivery improvement.
Participate in key client reviews and meetings as required.
Lead assigned Project Monthly Progress reviews with contractors.
Present assigned project status, issues and corrective actions at weekly assigned project reviews.
Lead, develop and issue for Key Personnel and client review assigned Project Management Plans.
Approve weekly time sheets and overtime requests for assigned Projects.
Raise requests for Other Direct Costs relating to assigned Projects.
Create and sustain a good contract team spirit within the project team and client organisation.

Experience & Qualifications -
B.Sc. / HND Engineering.
Ideally fifteen years post graduate experience for Project Manager
Ideally twelve years post graduate experience for Senior Project Engineer
Ideally ten years experience in the oil & gas, refining and petrochemical industries.
Proven track record of managing projects in general and Design, Engineering & Construction Management functions in particular, in the oil and gas industry.
Leadership across the following functions: Engineering and design;Project delivery;Commercial; Stakeholder relationships.

Location:Middle East

Salary: excellent tax paid accompanied / single status ex pat package
