This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Building Surveyor to join this busy multi-disciplinary practice in their Aberdeen office.
The successful individual will be a self-motivatedindividual with the ability to lead by example and motivate those around them.They should be fully qualifiedand have proven experience working on medium scale commercial and residential projects.
Your work will include:
-Use of National Schedule of Rates or any other schedule of rates
- Supervision of maintenance works
- Running costings
- Financial management
The role will involveheading up thethe Building Surveying Department with the view to increase the team to 3/4 people.
In return they are offering stability with good career prospects, a basic salary of up to £35,000 with a company car, pension and a bonus (discretionary).
