Role description
The HR Adviser will have the following responsibilities:
- ER case management;
-Working in partnership with line management to improve performance;
- Reviewing and improving existing HR policy;
- Providing guidance and project management expertise on a number of key business initiatives;
- Other ad hoc generalist duties such as recruitment, learning and development and talent management
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will:
-Be a strong generalist HR Professional with a history of successful business partnering
- Have strong and robust employee relations skills and be able to pick up casework within a short space of time;
- Be able to write policy and undertake ad hoc project work;
- Work with line managers to guide and support improvements on the ground;
- Be able and willing to demonstrate enthusiasm for a new assignment.
