Blue Chip high street retailer, looking for a Senior Team Manager for their Aberdeen store.
Role description
As a Senior Team Manager based within one of the Aberdeen stores, you will be responsible for a department within the store and focus on sales, shrinkage, profitability, customer service and people management.
Who we're looking for
In order to succeed as a Senior Team Manager, based in this leading companies Aberdeen site, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
• The successful applicant must have an awareness of retail environments and previous supervisory/ management experience. A passion for customer service and the ability to work at pace dealing with multiple demands is also requisite. A self motivated individual who will be wanting to be at the top very quickly.
• You'll drive a culture where everyone is focused on beating sales and item targets. You'll spot and share sales opportunities throughout the store and develop a promotional mindset, and work with area teams to make best use of store layout and facilities to maximise sales.
• You'll be a role model for the 'customer-led' attitude. The customer is everything to you, and you'll create a culture that's passionate about doing the right thing for them - with increased sales being the natural result.
