Our client, a very successful company in the oil and gas industry, is looking to recruit a Design Instrument Project Engineer to join their prestigious team.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out Allen Bradley, PLC and SCADA writings, instrumentation system hardware design, the designing and installation of analogue and digital instrumentation, provide world wide offshore surveys, installation, commissioning and fault finding. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients, onsite faultfinding, cost and time assessments, preparation of system FDS and the sourcing of hardware.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience of working in the project design engineering field, experience of PLC and SCADA systems and experience in offshore work. The successful candidate will be educated to a HND level in a technical discipline. A working knowledge of Allan Bradley PLC Systems and CAD would also be advantageous, but is not necessary.
