My client a leading world wide service provider require an assistant facility manager to cover their busy city centre site and work as a focal point for the company.
The main purpose of this role is to provide a flexible and professional service to the client ensuring efficient and consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will act as a leader for all company health and safety issues and ensure that these legislation's are being adhered to at all times. The role will also involve looking after on site facilities sections including reception and building services.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a facilities management environment through which they will have established a good understanding of building services and maintenance. A formal health and safety qualification and knowledge of health and safety practises and procedures would also be beneficial for this role.
