My client is looking for an Operations Manager -Aberdeen to join this leading contact catering company.
Role description
This is a unique opportunity to join this well known name in contract catering in their offshore sector. With key responsibilities as the Operations Manager they are looking for an impressive candidate to drive the business.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a contract catering background, however a food service background would also fit well. You will be able to ensure the adherence to all Health and safety and Hygiene procedures within all units. You will be financially astute, with an ability to identify and drive new business opportunities and drive profit forwards. You will be brand focused and your team will see you as an ambassador for maintaining standards and audit control. People development, performance management and training will also be key strengths that you possess.
Ideally you will be customer service driven, results orientated and an excellent communicator to all levels.
