With a reputation of excellence, this major international service contractor to the Oil and Gas Industry has emerged as a world class leader in todays competitive market. A continual focus on expanding the business has led to the need to appoint an Assistant Operations Supervisor.
The successful candidate will ensure all pre-job planning is completed to Client/Expro requirements, including QHSE, liaise with Senior Field Personnel to ensure they are aware of Job/Client requirements, maintain contact with Client/Drilling/Other Service Companies/Third Party Companies with relation to planning and operations. As well as assisting with recruitment of new personnel and the control (minimise) of direct costs to maximise margins. Provide technical support both internally and externally and liaise with other regions regarding operational matters. Furthermore the Operations Manager is kept informed of operational matters as required and participate in the department Safety Meetings. Also ensuring the Sales Quote to final Sales Invoice procedure is followed.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas sector. You will have organizational and logistical skills as well as being a self motivated individual with excellent communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates from a Well Test Operations background, however this is not essential.
