Our client has a requirement for a Vessel Co-ordinator. Duties to include, but are not limited to, maintain liaison with Vessel Owners, co-ordinate and arrange for vessel modifications, continual monitoring and assessment, ensure significant maintenance/dry dock periods are properly planned, be conversant with all items and conditions of the Project both technically and commercially and to have a full understanding of the scope of work related in individual projects, ensure all incidents reported by Offshore Crew are investigated/ analysed and the findings distributed as appropriate, assist in ensuring that all aspects of Project Administration, Engineering and Operations fulfil the Contract requirements and are conducted in a safe, efficient and profitable manner and be familiar with all aspects of the vessel's future likely rolls in light of construction, ROV support, trenching and burial works. Candidates must have University, College or industry education and/or training in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or Navy, previous experience with vessel operations and/or activities relevant to vessel maintenance, vessel design and logistical support and be computer literate.
