Our client has a requirement for a Survey Operations Assistant. Duties to include, but are not limited to, prepare clear survey personnel rota’s for distribution, monitor and update rota’s, chair the weekly Survey Personnel Meeting and produce clear minutes or similar and identify actions required, assist in the selection of personnel, ensure personnel travel requirements are clearly passed to company Division Human Resources, review travel details, assist in the maintenance of time tracking sheets for personnel offshore, maintain the CV's of the team members, ensuring they are accurate and available for the use in the tender process, provide holiday cover for timesheet and expense claim processing as required, provide holiday cover for Survey Department Administrator as required and any other activities which may reasonably be expected. Candidates must have secondary Education or higher, experience of, or an understanding of, offshore survey operations, experience in a similar role, microsoft Windows Word & Excel software and good communicator.
