Our client has a requirement for a Gateway - Proposals Manager. Duties to include, but are not limited to, management of the tendering process in accordance with Business Management System, provide leadership, supervision and mentoring of the Proposal Engineers and Proposal Coordinators in the overall performance of their duties, management of Performance Appraisal for direct reports and participation on an individual basis and other duties as directed by the Proposals Director from time to time. Candidates must have excellent client facing abilities, a high level of Commercial and Contractual Skills, in particular negotiation of contracts, degree qualified (ideally in Quantity Surveying, Business Management, Law) and relevant previous experience in supervisory capacity/similar environment.
