Our client has a requirement for a Reliability Engineer. Duties to include, but are not limited to, effective maintenance of Golden Rules and STOP program, carry out primary Root Cause Analysis within the Asset, carry out the initial work task screening based on a preliminary screening from offshore to determine the priorities E+M Organisation, manage the asset maintenance deferment process, communication of Review + Improve process within the Asset, provides analysis of ‘Performance Reports’ against KPI for continuous improvement implementation by the Asset engineers or E+M delivery Organisation, provide innovation and continuous improvement which delivers improved BU performance and be active in solutions, development and implementation in improving equipment reliability across the asset.
Candidates must have engineering/Science degree preferred or alternatively HNC/HND with extensive relevant experience, good understanding of Oil and Gas Operations and detailed knowledge of topsides and subsea equipment, be technically astute, commercially aware, have proven leadership skills and experience of Operations and Maintenance in the offshore oil and gas Industry.
