My clients Edinburgh based organisation offers a varied workload, working within a highly supportive environment with great opportunities for development and career progression.

Working as a Process Development Specialist within the Business Transformation division you will be reporting to the Head of Business Process Management, via a Senior Process Development Manager, the purpose of these roles is to manage the development and delivery of a broad range of process initiatives that support organisation in their drive for operational excellence.

This is a high profile strategic role in the Company and you will be involved in leading-edge work in the process excellence field. You will be joining a high calibre team of professional and highly knowledgeable Process Development Managers.

• Key Personal Criteria Required

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Proven successful experience of managing major projects or Process Management experience.
• Practical knowledge of process control and improvement methodologies.
• Track record of championing change.
• Significant networking, influencing and communication skills.
• Analysis training to a minimum of Six Sigma Black Belt level and the equivalent knowledge in Lean principles are highly desirable.
• Project management qualification is highly desirable (e.g. Prince 2 Foundation)
