The role will involve;
Ensuring all staff members sign in and out of the staff book daily
Ensuring that all visitors sign in and out of the premises, as well as taking a security pass whilst on site
Buzz visitors and staff members in and out of the premises
Book meeting rooms for staff and clients
Order in any lunches for clients or staff
