Job Description

Business Area

• €¢ Business Risk Management Private Banking – Risk Management Division Place of Work

• €¢ Zurich Main Tasks In clearly defined Private Banking related business activities (e.g. Client Acceptance & Relationship Management, Suitability and Appropriateness, Credit Management, Trust Business):

• €¢ Maintain oversight of the organisation, processes, control environment, IT applications

• €¢ Identification, monitoring and measurement of operational and reputation risks (e.g. KRI, control validation and process reviews, incident and audit issue monitoring)

• €¢ Support regular cross-divisional discussion of main risk exposures and regular exchange of risk-related information

• €¢ Conduct annual risk & control assessments with line management responsibles

• €¢ Proactive support to line management to further enhance effectiveness and efficiency of controls and processes

• €¢ Perform risk reviews to identify process and control deficiencies and to validate control effectiveness

Requirements

• €¢ Strong know-how of Private Banking business (Relationship Management, Investment Management, Money Laundering, Formalities, etc.)

• €¢ 3 years of experience in Audit or Business-/Operational Risk Management related to Private Banking

• €¢ good analytical and independent judgement skills

• €¢ high level of proactivity and team-orientation

• €¢ diplomatic and constructive in negotiation

• €¢ Languages: German and English fluent (orally and written), French is an advantage
