| THE ROLE Branch Manager Location: Aberdeen Salary: to £32,000 Benefits Package: Attractive uncapped bonus package, guaranteed annual profit share,1st class contibutory pension scheme and more. THE COMPANY An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the UK's leading and most recognisable banks to join their successful team in the role of Branch Manager in this excellent location. As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding service, sales and control targets by managing, coaching and motivating the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will also ensure the branch team delivers results whilst following the Bank's service and sales processes and procedures. The role will involve coaching and training to build professionalism and knowledge. You will also be responsible for inducting new staff and supporting their development, and managing the resourcing of the branch to make sure it is working to maximum capacity to provide excellent customer service. This will be achieved through regular meetings with the team to encourage and motivate them, thus ensuring that sales opportunities and customer service are optimised. EXPERIENCE Experience of working within a branch based banking environment is preferred, although applications from managers within other environments are welcomed. The successful candidate must have experience in leading, motivating and influencing a customer focussed sales team. You will also be passionate about providing a world class level of service and have the ability to lead from the front.
