ROLE AND REQUIREMENTS
Duties include ticket issuing, enquiries, reservations and all associated accountancy procedures. Ensure the First Class Lounge displays current advertising and publicity materials. Preparation, issue and collection of portable ticket issuing machines. Report on compliance requirements set by regulatory bodies. Cleanliness of First Class Lounge area including toilets and surrounding areas.
SKILLS
A customer service NVQ would be advantageous. Good interpersonal and communication skills are required. An understanding of COSHH would be required for the role. The successful applicant should also be an effective team worker, who can make decisions when necessary.
THE PERSON
Highly motivated, flexible, well presented, enthusiastic and customer orientated with excellent communication skills. An effective team player who can demonstrate individual initiative. Should be able to work under pressure whilst reamining calm.
HOURS OF WORK
Average of 35 hours per week. Earliest start time will be 6.40am and latest finish will be 9.40pm. Sunday working will be required and hours of work will between 08.50am to 9.40pm.
REFERENCE SALARY
Training salary is £12,560. On completion of training the salary will be £18,865.
