Business Managers - Aberdeen & Overseas
With 3 companies expanding continually and with a turnovers into the millions, the role will be to support the business at a critical time of development and growth. Reporting to the Group CEO and/or Fabrication COO you will be responsible for the direct control of the management and operations of the business. You will also be expected to increase capacity and capability, maximise margins, improve customer satisfaction and comply with all legislative requirements.
Main Responsibilities
As an employee you will be required to:
? Actively work to develop and support the company,
? Plan and direct the organisation's activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, HSEQ, culture and legislative adherence Identify (focus on future, external, market intelligence), develop and direct (ensuring delivery) the implementation of business strategy
? Recruit, select and develop senior management plus other key staff positions
? Represent the company to major customers and professional associations
? Direct functions and performance via senior management
? Maintain and develop organisational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies
? Report to Board on organisational plans and performance
