- Full Description:
The Proposals Lead / Manager will ensure that timely and accurate bids are submitted to customers.
This will involve evaluating received bids and conducting a technical review identifying any customer requirements. You will prepare complete proposals (including cost, time and resources estimate and project execution methodology), coordinating the participation of all relevant departments and group companies required for proposal effort. You will prepare and issue of RFQs for sub-contracting services, participate in clarifications and negotiations with customer, receipt of letter of intent/award/contract, review and acknowledgement of the same. Applicants must have HNC/HND or relevant degree qualification and previous proposal, bidding, or tendering experience in subsea, well engineering or drilling environment. Proven experience of the ability to effectively negotiate is deemed a pre-requisite of the role.
