The Role:P/T Customer Service Officers
Aberdeen City
Salary:Package worth up to £16875 pro rata, plus bonus and excellent career opportunities.
Aberdeen city - 4 x 18 hours (two days through week and Saturday 10am - 2pm)
Westhill - 1 x 18 hours (two days through the week and Saturday 10am - 2pm)
Westhill - 1 x 4 hours (Saturday 10am - 2pm)
Banchory - 2 x 24 hours (Monday & Friday 9am - 5pm; Saturday 10am - 2pm and lunch time cover other days if possible!!)
Fraserburgh - 2 x 25 hours (Monday,Tuesday & Wednesday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 10am - 2pm)
Inverurie - 1 x 25 hours (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 2pm and Saturday 10am -2pm)
THE COMPANY
FPSG are urgently looking for Customer Service Officers based in Aberdeen City Centre. Our client is a global banking organisation who has an outstanding reputation for customer service.

You will be carrying out all daily cash and banking transaction, dealing with all enquiries, identifying and customer's needs and delivering excellent customer service. You will be able to confidently converse with customers, build relationships and meeting their needs within in a face to face environment.
EXPERIENCE
We are looking for people who have experience within a face to face environment and proven experience of working towards sales targets, along with the determination to provide an excellent customer service experience.
