An opportunity exists within the company for a Materials Administrator to provide full administrative support to the Fishing & Re-Entry Services Unit.
The main responsibilities will include the following:-
Administrative duties related to onshore and offshore materials transfer.
Supporting the administration of Exports/Imports, INTRASTATS and Customs & Excise requirements.
Working in conjunction with Purchasing Department raising purchase requisitions.
Preparing timesheets for all staff reporting to the Business Support Manager.
Assisting with certification packages, certification, C.O.I.Ds, and the completion of work orders.
Any other administrative duties required.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:-
Experience of working in a similar administrative role.
A high level of IT competency, particularly in Word and Excel.
An ability to work to stringent deadlines in a pressurised environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a strong team player.
A creative individual who is able to generate innovative ideas and solutions to problems.
