Compile drawings for the project group. Drawings to be compiled to project requirements and to
Clients drawing control standards. All duties must be carried out as instructed by the Project Engineering Manager and in full compliance with the companys documented GHS & E policies.
QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure implementation of the companys and the customers Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies, Procedures and Quality Plans.
Monitor the effectiveness of the companys (and where appropriate the customers) Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Management Procedures and ensure all legal and contractual requirements are fulfilled to the customers satisfaction.
Maintain an active role in the identification of Opportunities For Improvement in the companys Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems and where relevant assist in the implementation of these improvements.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of Computer Aided Drawings related to solids control for the offshore oil industry.
Liaise with engineers to produce P&IDs, equipment layouts, General Arrangements and Electrical Schematics.
Produce drawings using AutoCad & Solidworks software.
Ensure drawings are compiled within the clients project specification.
Liaise with document control for drawing numbering and identification.
Where appropriate, follow the Clients data control procedure.
Update Cad register with appropriate drawing information on an ongoing basis.
Carry out all other duties as instructed by the Project Engineering Manager or any other senior member of staff.
Training
Ensure that your own training requirements are identified and systematically met in accordance with the companys training policy and procedures.
