    This is a full time permanent position Office hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 8.30am until 4pm on a Friday, 25 Days Holidays plus stat days and Sick cover, Pension scheme available after 3 months. This role involves Switchboard and call handling. Hose Management data input and maintenance. General office duties. Daily Tasks: Dealing with incoming calls at switchboard and accurate distribution of same. Meeting visotors and ensuring they are signed in, given passes & PPE when appropriate. Data input and maintenance of Hose Management Database. Assist Hose Management Co-ordinator with day to day operations of Hose management Business Unit. Distribution of incoming and dispatch of outgoing mail. providing clerical support in preparation of Mcrosoft Office documents. spreadsheets and presentations. manage Hose management customer care follow up to establish and evaluate satisfaction levels of performance. working within the requirements of the company quality management system and ISO 9001:2000. Promote company vision, values and reputation with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory bodies. provide hands-on support within the business unit functions when required.
