Principal Accountabilities
Produce/check Engineering documentation
Enter Engineering documents into PDM system and configure as required
Perform all tasks in accordance with Company quality procedures and group standards
Be competent in operation of Engineering systems and software packages
Actively be involved in Engineering meetings
Operate in a professional manner as a representative of the Company
Dimensions
Equipment produced from engineering documentation must be able to be:
Searched for in PDM system and associated to Engineering project/Design file with all docs using approved templates
Understood and be manufactured in a cost effective manner with minimal non-conformances
Assembled, tested and used in the field with minimal corrective actions
Maintained and revised/revisited easily by any other member of Group Engineering
Job Context
This position operates within Group Engineering, and requires a technical understanding of engineering standards, practices and procedures.
This position requires excellent time management, accurate time writing and work prioritisation to demonstrate effective usage of time.
The main activity is working on Engineering projects to fulfil the requirements of Group Engineering clients, and to produce all required documentation such that equipment can be manufactured, assembled, tested and operated safely, efficiently and with minimal non conformances and corrective actions.
