Focal point for all HSE related issues, actions and feedback to Company Corporate HSE Manager (Europe)
Liaise with Operations Manager / Administrator for actions.
Carryout Company facility HSE inspections on a monthly basis and feedback issues to all staff, complete quarterly leadership inspection sheet.
Access the Company Management system to download HSE stats & information etc and source details as required
Provide support for key client projects.
Establish, maintain and update the Integrated Management System, including all process flowchart revisions/approvals etc
Maintain registration to ISO 9001 / 2000 and possible future registration to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Maintain & update FPAL supplier registration / feedback with Sales & Marketing Director.
Prepare and implement project‐specific HSEQ Plans in conjunction with Project Manager
Carry out schedule of internal and external audits appropriate to the IMS system and current projects.
Maintain & update the approved supplier list and ensure HSEQ Questionnaire is issued where appropriate.
Assist in pre‐qualification of suppliers & review of certification etc.
Assist with preparation of ITTs, customer questionnaires and evaluation of tenders.
Ensure all suppliers/contractors are made aware of the project HSEQ requirements and have in place a suitable QMS and SMS. Ensure issue of Project Admin requirements & Project HSEQ Requirements are issued with supplier purchase orders.
Review when issued supplier procedures, MRB indexes, Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans etc and endorse with approval code as applicable.
Co‐ordinate 3rd party inspection activities if required on the project.
Co‐ordinate review of material certification, welding, NDE, other special processes etc.
Ensure an adequate level of quality documentation and certification is compiled throughout the project.
Ensure requirements of Independent Verification Bodies are met for any Safety Critical Elements.
Provide quality feedback to Project team by analysis of various sources of quality information.
