Source's client is looking to recruit an experienced payroll candidate to join their successful company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily contact with global partners to ensure payroll is delivered on time and accurately
- Answering queries from employees, clients and partners
-Maintaining client records, ensuring you hold the most up-to-date information
- Co-ordinating and participating in conference calls
- Keep up to date with Statutory Legislation
- Co-ordinating data as per agreed payroll calendar
- Preparation of payroll calendars and checklists
- Preparation of monthly governance reports by country
- Prioritise own workload to ensure that most important items are dealt with first
- Checking with clients when payroll information will be handed in to ensure enough time is left to complete the job
- Dealing with forms quickly to ensure the employees personal affairs are kept up to date and inconvenience kept to a minimum
- Ensuring all monthly paperwork is completed accurately and on time
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in client facing environment with proven ability to work to deadlines.
- Experience in a payroll department - dealing with a Global remit would be desired. However, experienced Payroll individuals will still be considered.
