This Market leading vessel design, retro-fit and maintenance organisation has had an opening for a General Manager. Withunrivalled market share in their field and a niche product to market, they have seen their turnover double in the last2 years from£ 15 million to £ 33 million with another large growth cycle expected in the next 18 months.
Key Responsibilities would consist of but are not limited to:
- Effectively manage the business on behalf of the Board of Directors.
- Delivery of the goals and objectives set by the Board of Directors.
- Prepare and submit all necessary business reports to the Board of Directors.
- Ensure a progressive improvement in the service provided to customers.
- Ensure that good communication and consultation throughout the business is maintained improved.
- Ensuring that all members of the Management Team operate in an effective and cohesive manner.
- Actively lead, develop and motivate all members of the Management Team.

The successful candidate willhave:
