Our client - a leading financial organisation - are currently recruiting for Client Service Advisors to work within their Client Management Team.
Your role as Client Support Advisor will be their main link with retail clients. This role will require an understanding of the various departmental functions within Client Management. Key Areas are; New Business, Data Input, Underwriting, Retail Support & Client Set Up. Your role will be to manage all aspects of the client relationship from an operational perspective using the appropriate technology and processes to deliver service excellence.
Responsibilities Include:
• To identify, understand and address individual client service needs to deliver service excellence
• To process and record RTC slips, agreements and SAT notes, and release for payment or courtesy call where appropriate.
• To setup Clients on our systems for application process.
• To input/activate agreements, vouchers and adjustments to customer accounts.
• To process general administration as required – filing, scanning, copying etc.
You must have a proven track record of delivering service excellence. In addition you should have excellent PC, keyboard, stable employment history and customer service experience preferably within a call centre environment
