To assist in ensuring that the accounts are completed accurately and on time.
1. Batching and posting of all invoices to correct purchase orders as well as posting expenses and freight.
2. Matching of invoices to correct purchase orders
3. Dealing with queries regarding invoices and relevant purchase orders
4. Maintaining relationships with suppliers
5. Setting up new suppliers
6. Maintenance of Returns Folder
7. Checking supplier statements
8. Distributing mail
9. Any other administration duties as requested by management
