If so, I' m currently working with a well respected legal firm who are seeking an organised and pro-actice facilities assistant.
Joining a team of 2 other assistants, the successful candidate will be fulfiling the role as detailed below. The role is key to the smooth running of the office and plays a major part in daily operations.
Assisting with the printing room, photocopying, binding, scanning etc
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, franking, couriers etc
Ensuring photocopiers, fax machines etc are supplied with papers and dealing with any minor maintenance issues
Assisting with stock control of stationary
Archiving of files
Physical duties such as lifting & moving boxes, desks etc
Ad hoc projects as required
It' s a varied role and would suit someone who likes to be on the move around the office. It' s highly desireable that you' ll have experience within a similar role especially archiving and have good IT skills. You' ll also need to have an eye for detail, the ability to prioritise and to work to deadlines.
