Key responsibilities include:
Undertake and review fire risk assessments for all buildings and develop proposals to remedy any deficiencies found
Provide advice on fire safety aspects to new buildings and propose significant alterations to existing.
Organise and deliver fire safety training and conduct tests including evacuation drills.
Carry out inspections and audits.
Keep abreast of changes in legislation and implement any changes as necessary.
Qualifications:
You will hold a significant fire safety qualification and have a working knowledge of legislation and good practice across a wide range of structures.
